Like Pioneers Reach Diorama Heaven In "Tell 'Em, Ghost" Video

If you ever made dioramas in school, then you'll love the new video from local indie rockers Like Pioneers. The video is for "Tell 'Em, Ghost," a track from the group's second full-length album, Oh, Magic!, the release of which the band celebrated earlier this month. If all of this sounds too precocious for words, well, maybe it is. But we'll wager that between "Ghost"'s bouncy, Bob-Dylan-but-with-childhood-whimsy spirit, and the soaringly simple guitar lines from Magic first single "Boggs", you'll be singing these songs to yourself for the rest of the day. If you like the sound of these songs, Oh, Magic! is available for purchasing over at Like Pioneers's Bandcamp. Alternately, you can see the band open for Volcano! tonight at the Empty Bottle. That's a show you ought not to miss.
