This Week In Street Fests: FitzGerald's American Music Festival, Wavefront Music Festival, Gold Coast Art Fair

FitzGerald's American Music Festival

It's billed as the one of the longest-running independent music festivals. The Berwyn venue hosts three stages of music for four days. In particular, be sure to catch singer-songwriter Joe Pug on Saturday afternoon and Robbie Fulks as the Everly Brothers tonight.

FitzGerald's is at 6615 Roosevelt Rd. in Berwyn from June 29 to July 1 and July 3. Tickets are $30 per day.

Wavefront Music Festival

Wavefront Music Festival is June 30 - July 1 at Montrose Beach, tickets are $40-$239.99, all ages

Milwaukee Summerfest

The massive Milwaukee Summerfest started this week, and we're planning a visit to the mecca of dairy, meat and beer. There are so many bands, we're not sure who to suggest. From Steve Miller to In particular, Chuck will be hitting up Iron Maiden on the Fourth of July, and Sam will be seeing Robyn on Sunday.

Summerfest is at the lakefront in Milwaukee from June 27 to July 1 and July 3 to July 8. Cost to enter is $15. Headliners at the Marcus Amphitheater are extra.

Gold Coast Art Fair

The Gold Coast Art Fair is rated as one of the top twenty art festivals nationally, and it's the third oldest. It showcases the work of more than 350 juried artists from around the world with prices ranging $25 to $25,000.

Gold Coast Art Fair is at Grant Park's Butler Field at the corner of Monroe and LSD.
