Tensei, an instrumental post-hop duo from here in the Windy City, released their second free EP of 2012 last month, the cleverly titled Two. Snark aside, the EP's mix of cool trumpets, chill beats, and scintillating keys on tracks like "Passport" and the aptly-titled "Low Key" are almost enough to take you away from this miserable heat. Almost. Besides, look at that artwork. I want to go there. Now. On the whole, Two is a more streamlined, focused, and simply better affair than the previous EP, which had its share of highlights, but also its unfortunate excursions into frat-reggae.

Stream "Passport" and the excellent "Out of Bounds" below, then check out the rest of the EP here.
