Chicago Police announced they have a second suspect in custody in connection with the shooting death of Heaven Sutton. The 7-year-old West Side girl was shot in the back last month selling candy and lemonade on the front lawn of her home in what Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy said was the result of a feud between street gangs.

Last weekend police arrested Jerrell Dorsey, an alleged member of the Four Corner Hustlers street gang, and charged him with Sutton's murder. Dorsey was ordered held without bond Sunday amid taunts from members of Sutton's family that he "rot in jail" or worse.

The second suspect, a 21-year-old man, was arrested in the 6100 block of West North Avenue Wednesday. He has an arrest record that includes aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and, according to police, has a tattoo on his right arm that reads "Killa."
