Missy Elliott is suing a Chicago-area car dealership to get back her Lamborghini, which she says they are holding hostage. According to TMZ, Elliott says she purchased a supa dupa fly 2012 Matte White Lambo Aventador for $376,000 from Fox Valley Motor Cars and agreed to turn in her 2005 Bentley worth $85,000 and to make a down payment of $30,000 in cash.

The dealership was supposed to ship Elliott the car by mid-2012, but it never showed up because the dealers said the car was worth more than their original deal. Fox Valley demanded more money, so Elliott hit em wit da heeeee... or just a lawsuit. She is seeking possession of the car plus damages for breach of contract.

Here's the video for "Supa Dupa Fly," which inspired the headline.
