Last night, most of the best chefs in Chicago came together for the Green City Market's biggest fundraiser of the year. A huge chunk of Lincoln Park was filled with smoke, beer, grilling, local produce and market supporters enjoying the fun. As predicted, there were so many wonderful craft beers we couldn't drink them all, but our favorite drink of the evening was a collaboration between North Shore Distillery and Illinois Sparkling Company. If you haven't picked up bottles from both companies, do so now.
