Hit-and run-accidents, lawless drivers, uncooperative insurance companies and entire police departments subsumed with corruption have meant that most Russian drivers have dashboard cameras installed in their cars. The rise of these cameras has meant an abundance of amazing Russian accident videos appearing online recently. With all of the scary and tragic Russian crashes on YouTube, it's refreshing to see one that has a happy ending, even if it's a bit terrifying to watch it play out.
