Rapper and actor Common may be asking “Can I Borrow a Dollar?” right now. The rapper and actor is facing a foreclosure lawsuit on his South Loop condo.

According to TMZ, Bank of America filed foreclosure documents that allege Common (real name: Lonnie Rashid Lynn, Jr.) and his manager Derek Dudley stopped paying the $2,285 mortgage payments in March. So now they want to sell it in order to recoup the amount of the mortgage, interest and penalties: $345,389.52.

Common bought the 1,248, two-bedroom, two-bath condo—no word on if it was on The Corner—at 100 E. 14th Street in 2008 and offered it for rent two years ago, with the ultimate goal of selling the unit.
