A Chicago man pulled a loaded gun at a soccer game Sunday in a park just 100 feet from a playlot. Police say Jaime Gutierrez, 20, pulled a gun that was loaded with three rounds, and he pointed it at players during the game near Montrose Harbor.

The Tribune writes:

Officers were called to a park near the harbor around 7 a.m. Sunday. Witnesses told officers that there had been an argument during a soccer game, and Gutierrez had pulled a gun from a red backpack and walked up and down the field yelling, "I have a gun, I have a gun," to the players and their families, including children, police said.

Gutierrez, of Albany Park, told police he was a gang member. He was charged with unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a firearm with a defaced serial number, misdemeanor reckless conduct, possession of a firearm without a valid FOID card and possession of ammunition without a valid FOID card.
