Today's Weather: Rain Song

It's the penultimate day of the work week and we're due for some much-needed rain starting this morning that will intensify into the afternoon. Skilling Central says there's a chance for some embedded thunderstorms and if that happens expect delays at O'Hare and Midway because flying through those clouds is one of the more dangerous things a pilot has to face. The best part about today's forecast is that it leads to some of the mildest temperatures we've seen around these parts in a couple of months throughout the weekend.
