312 Chicago Chef Hosts Online Cooking Demos

Luca Corazzina, 312 Chicago's executive chef, has started a new series of online cooking demos that incorporate late summer produce into Italian dishes. First up are fried zucchini blossoms stuffed with mozzarella and anchovies, and Corazzina takes you through each step of the process.
For the next three Mondays, 312 Chicago will be posting a new cooking video on its Facebook page, so check back this Monday for a recipe for roasted Pacific halibut with summer vegetables. The September 3 video will offer a recipe for orechiette with broccoli rapini and sausage, and the September 10 video will cover prosciutto-wrapped Buffalo mozzarella with a garnish of tomatoes, aged balsamic, and basil pesto. And now we're starving.
