In this exclusive video, the stars of Chicago-based series Boss talk about the real star of the show: Chicago. Of course the show is a fictional representation of Chicago politics, but we all know enough to find the truth in the plot-lines.

"It's a magical place that basically says that if you've got the balls and big enough shoulders and the will, you can actually imprint an entire city with your desire," said actor Kelsey Grammer, who plays Mayor Tom Kane.
