Duran Duran Dur-can't Play Tonight

Duran Duran has had to cancel their show at Ravinia tonight. According to their publicist, keyboardist Nick Rhodes "has been advised by doctors that he is not yet ready to perform and should continue to rest for at least the next 72 hours." And Chicago isn't the only city bummed out by this news since the band has also announced they're canceling the few remaining dates of their world tour.
While we hope Rhodes recovers from whatever ills him our deepest sympathies go to all the area soccer moms, cougars and superfans who will cry themselves to sleep tonight because they didn't get to see Simon Le Bon.
