Today's Weather: Hold Tight

The streetlights are once again lighted outside Chicagoist headquarters, the result of some overnight storms and foreboding gray skies. Accuweather has the more optimistic of the two forecasts today. They're calling for "mixed sun" to go with a 75 percent chance of thunderstorms. Skilling Central is more realistic and predicts stronger, more severe weather this evening and overnight. It's still hot and muggy, so what is understood doesn't need to be discussed.
