Ozzie, Marlins Head To Sox Park Next Season; Crosstown Classic Cut To Four Games

Major League Baseball released the 2013 schedules for its clubs Wednesday and the White Sox will host Ozzie Guillen and the Miami Marlins May 24-26.

CBS Chicago's Adam Hoge first reported the Marlins-Sox series last month but nothing was made official until the schedules were released. Under MLB's new guidelines, teams in one division must play all the teams in another division, which means the White Sox also have games against the New York Mets (May 7-8 at Citi Field, June 25-26 at U.S. Cellular Field), at Washington (April 9-11), at Philadelphia (July 12-14), and host Atlanta July 19-21.

You may be asking, "What about the Crosstown Classic?" That series has been cut to four games. The Sox host the Cubs May 27-28 before the series heads to Wrigley Field May 29-30.
