Letherbee Gin Announces First Small Batch Seasonal Offering

Letherbee Distillers has fast become the preferred gin of choice for this Chicagoist staffer. So we’re happy to hear that the Chicago-based distillery is set to release a new gin.
Letherbee Gin Autumnal Fall/Winter 2012 is the first in a series of limited small batch seasonal releases, according to Letherbee’s Miriam Matasar. This version maintains the high spice content of the original label Letherbee with additional overtones of clove, nutmeg and allspice. This would be perfect with a warmer citrus garnish like an orange slice.
Matasar said Letherbee Autumnal Fall/Winter 2012 will be available in limited quantities at Provenance, In Fine Spirits, Lush, and Life's a Cabernet and in special seasonal cocktails at Longman & Eagle, Vincent and Violet Hour starting Oct. 1.
