Gov. Scott Walker Not A Fan Of Replacement Refs - Isn't It Ironic?

If you're a public servant of any kind, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker does not believe you deserve the right to collectively bargain. But if you come in between him and a victory for his beloved Green Bay Packers, the notoriously anti-union politician is ready to cave and give your union whatever it wants. After a win was stolen from the Packers last night on Monday Night Football, Governor Walker took to Twitter to air his displeasure with the ruling and call for an end to the NFL's lockout of unionized officials:
After catching a few hours of sleep, the #Packers game is still just as painful. #Returntherealrefs

It's doubtful this changes his stance on the unions that teach children or keep citizens safe, but good to know he does feel the pain of a football loss just like the rest of us.
The Twittaverse blew up, and here are some of the finest reactions.
Right on gov! Unions are ok for ppl with real skills, not like glorified babysitters and ditch diggers. MT "@govwalker: #Returntherealrefs"

@govwalker You are all for Union busting, except when it comes to deciding games played by millionaires. #hypocrisy #wiunion

Irony alert! @govwalker endorses the value of #union workers in the #NFL. Now how about in #Wisconsin? araw.us/QC5tq0 #p2 #1u
