Would You Buy A 20-Year-Old Jug Of McJordan BBQ Sauce? [UPDATE: Sold!]

Do you have $10,000 to spend and enjoy BBQ sauce and/or Michael Jordan? Well, look no further. Consumerist found this 20-year-old jug of BBQ sauce that McDonald's used on its McJordan Special Burgers. The eBay lister writes:

A once in a lifetime chance to own the rarest of rare Michael Jordan and McDonald's collectible! The only one left on Earth?? This gallon of McJordan BBQ sauce is from 1992 when McDonald's sold McJordan Burgers as a promotional menu item.

It turns out the ingredients in this jug are the same as in McDonald's usual barbecue sauce, so it's not all that special. The McJordan Special was a quarter-pound hamburger with smoked bacon, cheese, onions, mustard, pickles and barbecue sauce. Oddly enough, those are the same ingredients for The Big 33, a McDonald's burger named for Larry Bird around the same time. It sounds like there isn't much of anything special about this McJordan Special Sauce.

Perhaps the jug has remained unopened because they've been saving it for when the Bobcats win an NBA title.

UPDATE 10/16: Some actually bought this thing.
