Cleveland Fans Don't Remember How To Celebrate Sports Wins

On Sunday, the Cleveland Browns beat division rivals Cincinnati Bengals. Clearly it's been so long since the city's teams have seen success that the fans have forgotten how to celebrate. You see, usually someone pours a bucket of Gatorade over the coach's head. What they did instead is convince a fan to dunk his own head in a bucket of piss in exchange for $450. What we really want to know is why someone had a bucket of urine just lying around for this to happen.
