Could Jesse Jackson Jr. be planning a return to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota? According to the Chicago Sun-Times it’s looking that way.
A Jackson source told columnist Michael Sneed the press is making it difficult to continue his treatment due to their staking out his home, which is located a short walking distance from his doctor. Of course it has nothing to do with his being spotted in a DC beer bar with two different women or an FBI investigation of his House finances. The source told Sneed the women Jackson was spotted with whom he was spotted in the bar were friends.
Jackson told The Daily earlier this week he was seeing a doctor twice a day to continue his treatment for bi-polar depression, with which he was diagnosed during his stay at the Mayo Clinic. Jackson was also diagnosed with gastrointestinal disorders related to a 2004 procedure he had to lose weight. He’s been on a medical leave from his congressional duties since June 10 and has said he won’t return to his office until after the November election.
