Do This: Virtue Cider Pop-Up Dinner At Eggy's

Autumn is cider season; both alcoholic and non. This Thursday, Oct. 25, at 6 p.m. Eggy's is teaming up with Virtue Cider to host a pop-up dinner featuring Virtue's RedStreak Cider and some other favorites selected by Greg Hall paired with the food of Eggy's Executive Chef Perry Hendrix and his kitchen staff.
The festivities kick off with an opening reception of Vitrue's RedStreak cider and passed appetizers: oysters with cider mignonette; country ham, sweet potato mustard and buttermilk biscuits; and aged cheddar cheese puffs.
From there guests move on to a three-course, family-style dinner paired with Sarasola Sagardoa Basque cider, Cidre Bouche Brut E. DuPont and Gold Rush Cider.
