Get A Drink And A Mustache At O'Hare

Most liquor company promotions are, frankly, pretty stupid. You can have as many boys and girls dancing on boxes as you want and it still won't make us remember your brand over every other brand at Binny's - you have to stand out from the crowd! Hendricks Gin has succeeded mightily. Through the end of October, grab a drink and a "shave" on your way to your flight at O'Hare.

Thursdays through Sundays from 2-7 p.m, you can stop at the Hendricks Pop-Up shop at the International Terminal. Once there, sit in an old fashioned barber chair. You'll be served a gin and tonic in a teacup with a slice of cucumber. How dainty! Even better, the "barber" will let you choose from a selection of mustaches. He'll apply the mustache and send you on your way.

What a ridiculous yet awesome promotion. Free drinks on the way to a flight are always necessary, but now you can freak out your fellow travelers and have a great photo to start out your vacation album. Get going!
