Consider heading over to the Chicago French Market from 10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., where their annual Halloween celebration, The Great Pumpkin Party, is happening. Take the kids trick-or-treating through the French Market, decorate pumpkins, and take part in a costume contest that will be judged by age group.
