Good Morning, all. Today would be a great day to start brining your turkeys for that extra flavor. Today's forecast is also perfect for those of you who may want to give deep frying the bird a trial run. We have sunshine early but clouds will begin to thicken in the afternoon. The high temp is expected to be in the upper 50s with a steady climb to the mid 60s by Thanksgiving. We recommend sesame oil for the deep frying.
