More Injury Woes For Bulls Hamilton

When Bulls guard Richard Hamilton left Saturday’s game against Philadelphia having played only 23 minutes—and scoring 15 points—the Hamilton injury watch began. An MRI Sunday revealed Hamilton has a torn plantar fascia in his foot. The team would only say Hamilton would return to the court “as his symptoms permit.” Hamilton missed 38 games last season with myriad ailments; it seems like he missed more. Odds are either Jimmy Butler or Marco Belinelli will replace him in the starting lineup.
