We fondly remember the days when Kelly Hogan and the Wooden Leg held down a regular Thursday night residency at Hideout, and even more fondly her bartending shifts at the venerable bar. Hogan’s been touring mid level theaters and smaller venues like City Winery Chicago in support of her latest album I Like to Keep Myself in Pain.

If you remember Hogan’s Hideout shows or want a chance to see her on a small stage, circle Dec. 10 on your calendar in permanent ink. That’s when Hogan will be joining Robbie Fulks’ as the special guest for his ongoing residency at Hideout. Hogan is currently on a headlining tour that ends Dec. 9 in Charleston, West Virginia and this would be an ideal opportunity to see her return to her Chicago roots. Best of all it's a $10 suggested donation
