Pencil This In: Green Flash Dinner At Big Star

The four-course dinner will feature four beer pairings (plus a "welcome beer"), and there are two seatings, at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.
Here's the menu:
First: Hamachi Crudo, apple, pomegranate, chili, shaved celery
Beer: Belgian Blonde
Second: Pan roasted sweetbreads, piloncillo, orange zest butter, citrus salad
Beer: 30th Street Pale Ale
Third: Drowned fried oyster po’boy, salsify chips
Beer: Rayon Vert Belgian-Style Pale Ale
Fourth: Duck confit, chopped hazelnut-date salsa, sunchoke puree, cavolo nero
Beer: Double Stout Black Ale
Tickets are $70, and only available by going to the bar at the restaurant and buying a ticket. And while you're there you might as well dig into a few pork belly tacos.
