We don't need Skilling Central to tell us it's going to be a cold day in Chicago. The mercury is staying right around where it's at currently in the low 30s. Skilling Central says we should see peeks of sun throughout the day, but have you seen the clouds outside? All signs point to "no." The area could be in for some snow, as well. We tied the record for snowless days Sunday and need one-tenth of an inch to keep from breaking it.
