Today's Weather: The Rain Came Down

It is dark outside right now and it's expected to stay that way throughout the day as we're due for rain and heavy winds. The rainfall could be up to an inch in parts of the area. In short, it's going to be a miserable day to finish your Christmas shopping, but at least the high temperature will reach 50 while doing so.
