See Food: The Pastry Kitchen At The Peninsula with Chef Hsing Chen

We were fortunate to get behind the scenes at the Peninsula Hotel with Executive Pastry Chef Hsing Chen. There, Chef Chen and her team of pastry cooks provide pastries for Pierrot Gourmet and desserts for the Lobby and Shanghai Terrace. The Lobby also features a chocolate buffet each Friday and Saturday. Chef Chen previously led the pastry team at the French Laundry Restaurant in California.
