With a winter storm set to arrive and bring the first real chance for some snow in nearly 300 days Thursday, today is nothing more than a tease. Everything is in place for us to have a head start—the clouds, cool temps and variable winds—but the precipitation won't arrive until tonight. Start dusting off your dibs.
