Do This: B News Update Quiz Show At Bernice's Tavern

It's that time of year again: The folks behind B News Update, the go-to source for what's happening among the old guard in the wunnerful Bridgeport area, are hosting their holiday quiz show 7:30 p.m. Dec. 23 at Bernice's Tavern (3238 S. Halsted).

This is the only quiz show dedicated to the "neighborhood of mayors" and even some participants who are born and raised in Bridgeport leave red-faced at what they don't know about the neighborhood. The one year Chicagoist participated we placed fourth—not bad for a group of people who moved to the neighborhood. And Bridgeport history is Chicago history.
