It seems as though winter—the cold part of it, that is—has made herself at home in Chicago and she's going to make things slightly nippy around her for the holidays, starting with this afternoon's temperatures. Before that happens, winds from the south will boost temps to the low- to mid-30s. Whatever you're doing tonight, make sure to bundle up if you go outside.
