Chicago gets more clouds and more sporadic flurries today while more significant snow showers affect the surrounding areas. Unless a blanket drops on the city, this will be Chicago's 307th consecutive day without a one-inch snowfall. With a high of 33 degrees, Chicago continues its temperature streak — it's been 41 years since Chicago has gone this far into winter without a sub-freezing high temperature. In fact, nearly half of Chicago winters have produced a sub-zero reading by now.
