Losing weight is among the most popular New Year's resolutions people make and one of the first resolutions broken. This is one reason why we don't make resolutions.
Instead of hitting the gym, running on a treadmill for five minutes until you're out of breath and hissing "fuck it" through clenched teeth, head to the nearest mirror in your home and repeat the words of the dearly departed Wesley Willis in today's video. Then go back to the treadmill and start slow.
