Six Wounded In Gun Violence Thursday

Six people were wounded in five separate shootings on Thursday. The first incident was at 9:45 a.m. near the United Center when a 60-year-old man heard gunfire and hit the deck. He suffered a graze wound to the head.
At 1:40 p.m. in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood, a man was shot in the leg, and a woman suffered a graze wound. Both are in good condition.
At 4:30 p.m. in the Humboldt Park neighborhood, a 28-year-old man was shot in the back. He is in serious condition.
At 6:30 p.m. in the Fuller Park neighborhood, a 21-year-old man was shot. He is in serious condition.
At 10:18 p.m. near the National Museum of Mexican Art in the Pilsen neighborhood, a 50-year-old man was shot in the stomach and leg while walking his dog. He is in serious condition.
