Chicago Beer Geeks has become a great place to scope out what beer events are happening in Chicago on any given week. Now, they want to make sure you’re informed, even when you’re away from home. Enter the Chicago Beer Geeks iPhone and iPad App.

This free app, released this week, gives users the ability to see upcoming beer-related events by navigating the Chicago Beer Geeks calendar. From there, you can see the time and the cost, add them to your iOS calendar, and even get directions.

We think the Chicago Beer Geeks keep one of the most comprehensive event calendars in the city, and this app is a great way to make some last minute plans, or get yourself set up to schedule weeks of beery fun. We haven’t had the chance to use it much yet, so any of you with more tactical experience, please let us know your thoughts.
