According to Skilling Central Chicago is going to flirt with 60 degrees today and have a good shot of breaking a 133-year-old high temperature record. If the high winds from the south have some say in this, we will break it. Hell, we're close to it right now with a temperature reading of 54 degrees. Bicyclists may only need a base layer today.
