It's Day 326 in Chicago's streak of consecutive days without an inch of recorded snowfall. It's also the halfway point of meteorological winter and the cumulative snowfall is stuck at 1.3 inches, the least amount ever through Jan.15 in the city's history. As for today we have more of the cold weather and relatively clear skies that have blanketed the area.
