And don't complain, either. We all knew we'd be looking at some extended bracing temperatures eventually. Having completed a morning walk we can safely say it's much better outside than the current mercury reading suggests. It's 14 degrees right now en route to a forecast high of 18 degrees, with plenty of sunshine at least through the morning and the winds that threatened to blow houses across the city down Saturday night dramatically diminished right now. But expect gusts of up to 30 mph as the day moves forward, as we fall even deeper into a deep freeze.
