We Have Snow, People!

Attention, Citizens of Chicago: We are now at Dibs Threat Level Green. Right now there's no reason to break out your trash to save those precious parking spaces. But seeing actual snow, sticking to the ground, is just what we needed to tie this winter into a nice, tidy bow.

Here's hoping Chicago's record streak of consecutive days without an inch of recorded snowfall ends today or tomorrow. Northwest Indiana is already receiving their fair share. Lake effect snow has resulted in readings ranging from three inches in Gary to 7-1/2 inches in LaPorte. The lesson learned (again)? Always trust Skilling
