Here's something that will make you feel old: the movie Groundhog Day turns 20 this year. Ada Street is screening the Bill Murray classic Feb. 4 at 9:30 p.m. and will be serving complimentary popcorn, to boot. RSVP for the free screening here. Ada Street has other movies screening every Monday in February, but if they were smart they would screen Groundhog Day every Monday this month to keep with the theme. (1664 N. Ada Street)

Super Bowl Party

This Super Bowl party fell under our radar on our list we posted earlier this week but is certainly worth the mention. Our pals at Chicago Beer Geeks and In the City TV are hosting a Super Bowl Party at Bistro by the Pier in Lake Point Tower Feb. 3. $30 will get you Bistro by the Piers Cajun cooking, beer from Baderbrau and Lagunitas drafts all game long, while the Niners beat the Ravens on a high-definition projector screen and 50-inch HDTVs surrounding the bar. Lagunitas will also be unveiling a new beer to the Chicago market at the event and there is a beer raffle featuring Three Floyds Baller Stout, 2009 Goose Island Bourbon County Stout, Westvleteren XII, 2007 Lagunitas Barleywine, Goose Island King Henry… and more. Buy tickets here.

Pies

Don't want to cook yet want to stay home and watch the Niners beat the Ravens? Then order some special Super Bowl-themed Pies from Pleasanthouse Bakery for the big game. Art Jackson and his crew have whipped up chili cheese and Buffalo Chicken pies for the occasion. (964 W. 31st Street., 773-523-7437)
