Good Morning, everyone. For the first time this winter, the Dibs Threat Level is red. That means there's a very good chance the lawn chairs, milk crates and miscellaneous detritus used to mark parking spaces across the city will be out thanks to snowfall totals ranging from three to six inches, with the heaviest totals along the Chicago to Rockford corridor. The snowfall is also affecting commutes and leading to crashes across area expressways. As for the rest of the weather forecast expect the snow to taper off by afternoon with a high of 25 degrees and breezy north winds
