Happy Valentine's Day, readers. If you have plans tonight, bundle up. We're close to Skilling Central's projected high of 39 already. By afternoon another blast of Arctic air will roll into the area, dropping temps to the low 30s by the evening. We're also due for some gusty winds that will eventually diminish overnight.
