Peek Inside The $6.95 Million Pabst Mansion In Glencoe

It would take selling a LOT of PBR to have enough money to purchase the Pabst Mansion, an eight-bedroom home that was recently put up for sale for $6.95 million. Located in Glencoe, the home was built in 1936 for Harris Perlstein, the former Pabst Brewing Co. Chairman and President, by architect William Pereira.

Let's peek inside. The three-story house has 26 rooms, a walnut-paneled library, a home theater, 8.4 bathrooms, balconies, a built-in pool, an elevator, and four fireplaces. It sits on 2+ acres of land, is "bordered by a lush ravine," and "feels like a private island resort."
