A Michelin-Starred Harlem Shake

We know, the Harlem Shake is already a dead meme. But that doesn't mean there aren't a few drops of creativity left to wring out of it, and this video certainly qualifies. Not only does it take place in the kitchen, it also involves the staff of Michelin-starred fancy calm restaurant Tru. And flames. Lots of flames.

Chef Anthony Martin, when he isn't full of dignity and levitating food, is a pretty fun guy. Or so the combination of costumes, flames, and whatever the heck that spiked football costume in the back is seem to indicate. Next time you're having a fancy dinner replete with a tie and 50 spoons, just think back to this video and try to avoid snorting Dom Perignon up your nose.

The tagline? "Mr. Robuchon actually taught me the shake." Enough said.
