A Chicago woman is accused of fatally stabbing a 1-year-old cat with a Swiss army knife during an argument with her cousin.

Police say Tish Coleman, 31, was fighting with her cousin inside a Woodlawn apartment Friday evening, and she was "wrestled outside" where her cousin's cat was.

According to the Tribune, Coleman "continued to make a disturbance" and when the cousin came out, she found the cat with puncture wounds in its side and blood on the stairs.

Police caught up with Coleman at a bus stop about a block away. According to DNAinfo, prosecutors say she was "covered in blood" and police found a Swiss army knife with blood and "meat on the blade."

Coleman faces charges of felony aggravated cruelty to an animal and misdemeanor domestic battery.
