We are certainly making up for a lack of snow as we close out February. This month has been the cloudiest February in three years, with 36 percent of the possible sun peeking through. We also have clouds and snow in the cards for a third straight day before this weather front moves east. Expect a high near freezing with gusty winds peaking at over 20 mph.
