In about 90 minutes plumbers will dye the Chicago River green and zombies in various shades of emerald and orange will patrol downtown and various Gaelic-themed watering holes. Here's hoping they have the common sense to bundle up. This is going to be one of the coldest St. Patrick's Day weekends in years. We've got winds from the northeast, cloudy skies and temps in the mid- to high-30s for the parade today.
