Today's Weather: Do-Over

That prediction from Skilling Central for sunshine peeking through the clouds Wednesday? Oops. Luckily we're starting off the day with sunshine and mostly clear skies, although WGN's Chicago Weather Center is once again looking at the proverbial glass half-full. Today's forecast high of 47 degrees is warmer than it has been in weeks yet they remind us it's still "below-average." We'll take it and the sunshine, any way we can get.
